He is able to take complicated technical ideas and distill them into user-friendly solutions to improve the effectiveness of a company’s operations. Bryan has over 25 years of experience in the HME, home health, hospice and home infusion industries. Over these years Bryan has gained his experience as an owner of an HME company, as well as several management and executive level positions in HME software and hospital reimbursement departments. He has achieved a successful track record in integrating advanced technology and software, accounting systems and workflows to improve an organization’s efficiencies, growth and profitability.

Carmen Vasquez

Carmen has spent the last 20 years in the HME industry with more than 15 years working with executive level teams in operations and 7 years in Training and Implementation. Prior to joining HME360, she was the National Sales Director at Universal Software Solutions, Inc. Her passion lies in helping HME providers be more efficient and profitable. She brings well-rounded experience to the table as she understands what it takes to develop and roll out an effective training program, streamline workflow processes and reduce labor costs without impacting the level of service provided to the patient.
